Today was day 3 of my trip in Florence! It’s such a big city with so many interesting things to see. You definitely need to stay longer than 4 days to see everything.
This is the beautiful lobby of the hotel.
Today i finally went to the Salvatore Ferragamo museum. Again, no pictures of the museum pieces, it was not allowed to take pictures inside. There was an exhibition about Marilyn Monroe, a little story about her life and about her shoes, Ferragamo shoes of course.
A market full of leather pieces, near the hotel.
A panorama view of the Arno river area by daylight! In the middle you see Ponte Vecchio.
And the view at the other side of the Arno river.
I’ve seen so many shops that sell leather bags and accessories, but this one is amazing, it’s called Papini.
They also have beautiful leather boxes.
Lunchtime… Fresh orange juices. These are special, so tasteful!
And a spaghetti frutti di mare. I loved it!
This is la Rinascente, a department store. It looked beautiful on the outside aswell as on the inside.
And chanel, this doesn’t need any further explanation.
There are many luxury shops in Florence. This is via de’Tornabuoni, a beautiful street with beautiful shops.
Leaving the hotel to have dinner.
We went to a lounge club in the same street as the hotel we are staying, it’s called slowly cafe.
The food was amazing, i had a great evening!
Tomorrow is the last day of the trip, so i’m going to sleep now!
Good night!
Love,
Safiera
